- Dues are paid annually. Current dues are set at $100.00 per year. Payment is due July 1. There is a 30-day grace period.
- The HOA operates on a fiscal year running from July 1 through June 30.
- Dues cover insurance, common area maintenance, trail upkeep, mailbox kiosk maintenance and repair, and annual chipper service for the neighborhood.
- There are no specific HOA transfer fees. Unpaid dues, late fees, interest, and any fines must be paid in full prior to any transfer of title.
- No utilities are paid by the HOA for individual lots. All household utilities are the responsibility of the homeowner.
- For lot specific questions about escrow, please contact the HOA treasurer via email.
